1. Cancellation before shipping - Biomatica will provide a refund for the system and shipping, minus a 5% transaction fee.

2. Cancellation, within 14 business days from order - Biomatica will provide a refund on the system only (shipping fee not included), minus a 5% transaction fee.

3. In case of return - shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. No refunds or returns will be accepted after 14 days from order.

For full refunds, all returns must be within 14 days from order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or damage, and in the same package and condition that you received it.
If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, credit, or a refund.

Box A: 80x 40x 23, LxWxH [cm], 10kg

Box B: 80x 40x 32 , LxWxH [cm], 9kg

Free delivery 30 Km around Fundão.

Deliveries farther than that will be charged differently depending on the distance.
